Entering a New Era
CU's new, 180,000-square-foot Visual Arts Complex made its debut and opened for spring-semester classes. Although still in the finishing stages of construction, students and faculty are moved in and starting to work. The CU Art Museum will open one of the galleries in April to feature the BFA and MFA exhibitions and will work diligently throughout the summer installing the inaugural exhibitions and permanent collection. Together the campus, alumni and community will celebrate the dedication of the building on September 24th with building tours, studio visits and the inaugural CU Art Museum exhibition.
